Job Description Reporting to the Financial Controller, your job duties will include:
Manage the end-to-end global subscription renewal process, from preparing quotes and invoices to collection.Billings and Accounts Receivable duties.Collaborate with account managers to create accurate renewal quotes based on system data and customer requirements.Communicate renewal progress with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.Monitor expired and upcoming renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and finance reporting.Build strong relationships with resellers and customers, handling billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Maintain the integrity of data across sales and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Research discrepancies and reconcile data, escalating issues to sales or finance teams as needed.Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and proactively address any potential risks.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have:
Good skills in Office 365, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.Experience with billing systems is highly desirable.High attention to detail and strong initiative, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.What's on Offer The successful candidate will receive:
