The Sales & Events Coordinator role's core function is to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Sales team to assist the continual drive towards our competitive sales targets. This position reports to the Area Director of Sales.
Core requirements of your role Play an active role in supporting Business Development Managers to respond to Corporate and MICE RFPs, including collating tender information and the sending off of documents through various tender portals.Invoicing administration including processing purchase requisitions and maintaining a purchase requisition log.Attend and actively participate in various Sales meetings, including secretarial duties such as minute taking and distribution.Assist the Sales Team to develop, maintain and enhance existing client relationships.Support and at times, independently conduct site inspections and hotel familiarisations as required.Thorough day-to-day management and filtering of incoming and outgoing communication channels, such as calls and emails to ensure all requests are flagged, prioritised and responded to accordingly.Ad hoc reporting duties to enhance overall Sales tracking and oversight for the benefit and use of the wider Sales Team.About you We seek a motivated team player who:
