JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the sales teams. This includes data analysis and entry to maintain accurate customer pricing, producing sales reports and Zone Manager and Dealer liaison. To contribute to the effective sales success of the company by assisting the National Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies to clearly position the Kubota brand in the market and to drive sales. To collect and analyse sales and market data and report findings to NSM. To assist the Zone Managers in their daily activities and to follow up requirements with head office staff. Support the sales function with dealer support and communication. Assist with sales forecasting and planning. Prepare monthly sales reports for management. Assist with organisation of events such as sales conferences, dealer meetings, trade shows and field days. KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Tertiary qualification in business, or related discipline Significant experience in a similar position Experience in sales/market analysis Experience with databases / CRM Significant experience in capital goods within the agriculture, industrial or automotive markets. Excellent planning and organisation skills Strong numeric literacy Proven problem solving skills and attention to detail Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
