Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.Your gig:Reporting to the Head of Membership, you'll deliver top-notch training to our sales and experience teams nationally, equipping them with the tools, skills and knowledge for success.In a nutshell:You'll collaborate with the Head of Membership and People team to create a training calendar.You'll organize logistics and venues for smooth training delivery.You'll conduct engaging commercial training sessions that embody the Virgin brand.You'll analyze training needs to identify skills gaps in the team.You'll design and develop effective training materials that add value.You'll revise onboarding processes to ensure new starters are job-ready.You'll maintain up-to-date training records in collaboration with the People team.You'll review team performance with managers to identify areas for improvement.You'll support managers in succession planning and coaching strategies.You'll evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching to team members.About you:You have 3+ years of sales and retention training experience in the health club, retail or hospitality industry. A+ for you.You have aligned experience. You know what it's like to work with a high profile consumer brand. You are connected to our purpose of inspiring people to live an active life.You're comfortable travelling to our clubs around Sydney and Melbourne.You are people-focused. You get a kick out of getting people to those aha! moments. You're patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
