About You:This is a sales and customer service role.
That means you provide sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring and then provide post-sales support (aka customer service) to ensure that our valued customers are always delighted with the service they receive.
Your duties will include:
Taking customer sales callsTaking customer service enquiries including providing support with enrolments and access to online systemsGeneral administration related to sales and customer serviceKeeping the hub locations in order to present the brand well to current and prospective customersWorking as part of a team to ensure that the shift, across locations, is effective and completes allocated tasksPrior experience in sales and customer support is essential.

Genuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personalityA love of sales and meeting customer needsExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detailYou will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalentA high level of proficiency using office productivity softwareDesirable but not essential:Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable but not essentialPrevious sales and customer service experienceLocation:This role will be for any of our four hubs: Parramatta, Burwood, Chatswood, and Hurstville Hubs.
Both centres are located across the street from their respective area train stations, a walkable distance.
Covering more than one hub is highly desirable.
Hours and Remuneration:This is a casual role with the following available shifts which you should nominate when applying:
Monday to Fridays, 3 pm to 8:30 pmSaturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pmA mix of weekday and weekend e.g.
Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive)The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term.
Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3-week mandatory shut-down over Christmas.
