Job Description:
Embark on an exciting career opportunity as a Sales and Customer Management Agent for a booming removal and body cleaning service in Brisbane.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth, directly impacting its success by converting leads into satisfied customers.
You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to present our services, secure bookings, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through service completion.
This position offers a unique blend of sales prowess and customer service excellence, providing you with the chance to significantly contribute to a rapidly expanding business while developing your professional skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients from various lead sources, showcasing our premium removal and body cleaning services with enthusiasm and expertise.Transform inquiries into confirmed bookings, aiming to secure 5-10 new jobs each week.Provide top-notch customer service by managing expectations, confirming appointments, and addressing any concerns promptly.Conduct pre-move confirmation calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Handle initial customer inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine sales strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Contribute innovative ideas to improve our sales process and customer experience.Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a service-based industry.Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a talent for turning customer concerns into positive outcomes.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and comfort with digital tools.Ability to maintain a positive attitude while making multiple phone calls throughout the day.Strong time management skills and capability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.Adaptability and eagerness to grow with a rapidly expanding business.Ability to work in the Brisbane, Australia time zone.
