Sales Administrator Position OverviewBennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in a well-established manufacturing company that specializes in Metal Stamping.
Key Responsibilities:Process orders and manage the order fulfillment process.Book new RFQs onto the system and update the system for quoted business.Manage price amendments on the MRP system and ensure accurate pricing.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on Sales Team KPIs.Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve internal and customer queries.Provide mainline switchboard support and handle customer inquiries.Experience with booking international shipping and contract review, including drawing control checks.Compile cross-functional team KPIs and departmental presentations.Communicate directly with customers and smaller accounts.Carry out project handover meetings on behalf of the Sales Team if required.Liaise with the Sales Team for outstanding queries.Confidently use an array of Customer Portals for data downloads.Requirements:Previous experience in a sales administration role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in using paper and electronic filing systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Proactive and effective communicator with a forward-thinking approach.Benefits:Full-time, permanent position.Competitive salary: £28,000 DOE.Standard working hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm Mon - Thur, 08:30am - 13:30pm Fri.33 days holiday (including bank holidays).Pension scheme.
