Sales And Administration Officer

Shop sales and administration of renewable energy equipment - importer, distributor, and sales outlet.
Using your good communication skills, you will reply to emails, answer customer enquiries, and assist customers in purchasing what they need.
You will need a good understanding of verbal and written English, and the ability to communicate well with the wide variety of clients we have. A good understanding of solar or renewable energy equipment would be helpful, and a keen interest in helping people to live a renewable lifestyle is essential.
Hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour lunch break.
Remuneration will be commensurate with skills, and a training salary of $30 per hour on a casual basis for the first 3 months applies. Based on our assessment at the end of this period, a permanent position with improved conditions may be offered.
Product knowledge is learnable; however, a happy, enthusiastic attitude is what I am looking for. We want and expect you to grow your office and people skills with us as the business develops. In some instances, onsite training and assistance may be needed, so you will need to be flexible with different job roles from time to time.
