Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity With a long history of delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to some of the most well-known brands, the Pact Packaging closures and specialties division is looking for an energetic Account Manager. You will develop sales opportunities for packaging closures and specialties products through engagement of existing and new customers and manage customers at state and national level. This is a great opportunity to take your experience to the next level as you specialise in your category.
As Account Manager, you will be known for your excellent communication and presentation skills and will bring experience in sustainable growth success. As a part of a solid team of likeminded professionals who have our customers and solution provision at the heart of everything we do, you will be able to develop lasting relationships, be flexible and strategic and are seeking the next step in your career. This role is based at Mulgrave, working with customers in Victoria.
Specifically you will: Ensure that our customers are supported actively and with ongoing relationships in mind.Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for processed foods.Prepare and present reporting and analysis on business activity, performance against targets and market industry opportunities.Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business.Represent the customers' voice within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT.Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required.Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval.Your skills and experience With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen, you will also bring:
