Provide actionable insights, consistent reporting, and tools to enhance decision-making processes and maximize ROI.What you'll be doing:Ensure consistent local data collection from retailers per ANZ guidelinesProvide ad-hoc local analysis and insights to support the Commercial and Operations teams in identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvementDeliver timely reports aligned with local deadlinesAssist Commercial Managers with data access and reporting for decision-making and ROI analysisAssist Business Analyst with data access and reportingMonitor and evaluate sales KPIs and metrics to ensure achievement of sales targetsCollaborate with operations on stock management to optimize inventory levels and product availabilitySupport ROI analysis of Co-Op investments and other commercial activitiesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related fieldProven experience in category management or commercial analysis within retail or consumer goodsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization toolsEffective communication skills to convey complex insights to stake holdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrategic mindset with a focus on driving business results through actionable insightsFamiliarity with retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trendsProficiency in Advanced Excel: Demonstrated expertise in using advanced Excel functions including: Index Match, Pivot Tables, and complex formulasAbility to analyze and interpret large datasets efficientlyRoles they may work with:Provide support to the Commercial and Operations TeamsReport to Commercial Planning ManagerLiaise with teams and roles that provide tools and analysis (Business Analysts, Local Finance, Marketing Analytics Managers, Operations)Collaborate with:Retail Marketing & Experience/Marketing CollaborationSales Operations LiaisonDigital @ RetailEqual Opportunity Statement:Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
