About the position The Sales Analyst at Lawpath will analyse sales and client acquisition data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and drive strategic decision-making. The role bridges the gap between data insights and actionable business strategies, focusing on optimising how potential clients discover and engage with Lawpath's services online.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Monitor client entry points to the Lawpath website, with a focus on Google search and other digital marketing channels. Analyse SEO, paid ads, and organic traffic data to identify trends in lead generation. Assess sales trends by integrating internal data (e.g., conversion rates, customer retention) with external industry insights to recommend improvements. Analyse and improve each stage of the sales funnel, recommending strategies to reduce drop-offs and enhance client engagement. Use industry benchmarks and competitive analysis to identify market shifts and align offerings with client needs. Generate reports and create dashboards to present sales performance and trends to management and teams. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align acquisition and retention strategies with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in sales analysis or a similar role (at least 1 year). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Amazing benefits we'll provide: $75k + super + 10% uncapped commission.
