Our talented Grays contact centre team are looking for a Sales Agent - Referrals who will be responsible for liaising between Buyers & Sellers to facilitate a successful sale. Fostering connections and relationships as an intermediary to ensure the best possible outcome and service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities: We are looking for someone who can: Be a vibrant character, who's personality shines through to each customer.Use your strong customer focus through building and maintaining sustainable working relationships across key business units with Grays and its customers.Negotiate between Bidder and Vendor to secure a price whilst insuring all other associated activities are completed on time.Excellent communication skills – Bring 100% energy and provide the expected Grays customer experience quality through all communication methods.Identifying new opportunities, generating new enquiries, securing repeat business, and maintaining the sales pipeline for continuous business opportunities.Guide our customers through the sales journey to get best result for both them and the business.
