You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Generating and qualifying leads through networking, cold-calling, social media and other marketing strategies End-to-end management of the sales campaign from lead generation through to settlement with the help of a Sales Associate Conducting open and private inspections for prospective buyers, providing informed product and locality knowledge at all times Liaising with vendors, buyers, conveyancers and other industry professionals to facilitate transactions efficiently Negotiating property prices, terms and conditions to achieve excellent results Utilising the CRM software to build and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, managing reminders, follow-ups, reporting and direct marketing tools About You    You hold a current Real Estate License Current driver's license Demonstrated track record in Real Estate sales Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Pro-active and self-motivated A customer-focused attitude The Benefits An attractive salary package and commission structure Ongoing training for professional development Supportive team environment and collaborative culture   For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on 0413 778 084 or via email ****** .
