Job Overview At Rawson Group, our high-performing sales team is currently looking for a self-driven and passionate Sales Agent to work at our Sydney display centre sales location.
The role involves understanding the needs and preferences of the homebuyers and helping them to navigate through the various stages of the New Home buying process, such as researching, discussing financing options, negotiating contracts, and handling paperwork.
Key Responsibilities : Understanding and assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions. Selling contract homes, house and land packages and display homes. Generating leads by engaging customers within the display homes. Work from allocated display home answering customer inquiries and provide information relating to the construction and purchase of Rawson homes to ensure customer understanding. Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets. Showing clients around the Display Home and explaining options and standard features. Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards. Prepare sales tender requests, including performing site inspections if necessary and attending representation of the tender to the customer in line with company procedures. Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations. Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers. Discount on standard home builds for both Thrive and Rawson Homes (Build Cost at Tender plus 20%). What we are looking for : Minimum of 3 years Sales experience with proven closing ability. Knowledge of the building industry preferred. Experience with CRM system. Excellent Customer service skills– we always aim to deliver the best possible customer experience. Outgoing, Energetic, friendly and able to build rapport with people on all levels. Committed, driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed your own goals and targets. A team player who is also capable of working independently. Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays – this is a non-negotiable for the position.
