What will you do?At Ryman, sales isn't about deals, it's about delighting our prospects.
Operating from display apartments onsite at Raelene Boyle Village, Aberfeldie and Essendon Terrace, Essendon, the successful applicant will build and refine a database of potential clients. You will be involved with setting and operating sales events, functions and sponsorships with a view to create a sales pipeline and referral network. Nurturing these clients through the construction process and ultimately moving them into their new home will be the journey the applicant will navigate with their clients.
This role reports to the General Manager Sales. We have a full-time Sales Advisor position available working 5 days a week, with some weekends for special events to show people through the village, host open days, and support our community sponsorships.
Key responsibilities include:Achievement of agreed sales targets of new and resale homes.Establishing yourself at the heart of the local community, building relationships and networks with potential prospects.Build rapport with our potential residents and understand their needs.Help prospective residents and families realize Ryman as the best decision.Arrange and coordinate functions and events.Manage the surrender and refurbishment process.What's in it for you?If you are the sort of person who loves working with a team of people who work to a clear purpose and have fun doing it, you'll love this role!
