Sales Administrator | Rockdale

Our client is a multi-award winning office, located in Rockdale who have built an incredible reputation based on trust, results and innovation. Known for selling some of Sydney's BEST homes they are an agency on most candidates wish list. 

They are currently seeking an experienced sales administrator to join them and support their high achieving sales team.

THE ROLE:  Manage end-to-end administration of property sales campaigns Coordinate diaries, emails, and calendars for the sales team Complete sales administrative tasks with precision Organize photoshoots, floor plans, and property marketing Arrange property renovations and styling as required Prepare sales appraisals and compelling listing presentations Liaise effectively with vendors, buyers, and suppliers THE PERSON:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Sales Admin supporting individuals or teams within the real estate industry Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is required for this role Excellent communication skills are essential Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management and organizational skills Professional and polished personal presentation THE PERKS:  Monday - Friday role  Support from experienced Directors  Career progression Paying up to $90K - depending on experience
