Sales Administrator - Property Developer

Reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the enquiry management, information events, and contract signing for all new tenants!
Perks Of The CompanySalary is up to $70,000 - $75,000 Pkg + Incentives (OTE $85,000 +)Progression pathway to be able to step up into Manager position once confident and up and runningWork From Home up to 2 days per week once up and runningLocated in inner-city suburb just outside of CBD with parkingWork with a vibrant team in a fast-paced environmentFantastic, down-to-earth cultureLongevity in the teamAnnual corporate eventsActive pipeline of projects ahead!Duties and Responsibilities:Collect and lodge bonds and deposits with the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority)Manage the documentation process and collectionManage the customer journey including any referencing and/or financial validation where required i.e. proof of income, deposit and/or bond handlingGeneral administrationProvide excellent customer serviceSupport the wider sales teamParticipate in community presentations and eventsRequirements:Salesforce understanding is beneficialPrior experience in an administrative roleAgents Rep Certificate mandatory* (If you're open to studying this alongside the position, your application will be considered)Experience in a similar industry such as property, construction, real estate is preferredExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHigh level of attention to detailWork well under pressure and meeting deadlinesHow To Apply:Redpath Partners is the exclusive recruitment partner for this opportunity.
