Reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the enquiry management, information events, and contract signing for all new tenants!
Perks Of The Company Salary is up to $70,000 - $75,000 Pkg + Incentives (OTE $85,000 +) Progression pathway to be able to step up into Manager position once confident and up and running Work From Home up to 2 days per week once up and running Located in inner-city suburb just outside of CBD with parking Work with a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment Fantastic, down-to-earth culture Longevity in the team Annual corporate events Active pipeline of projects ahead! Duties and Responsibilities: Collect and lodge bonds and deposits with the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority) Manage the documentation process and collection Manage the customer journey including any referencing and/or financial validation where required i.e. proof of income, deposit and/or bond handling General administration Provide excellent customer service Support the wider sales team Participate in community presentations and events Requirements: Salesforce understanding is beneficial Prior experience in an administrative role Agents Rep Certificate mandatory* (If you're open to studying this alongside the position, your application will be considered) Experience in a similar industry such as property, construction, real estate is preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written High level of attention to detail Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines How To Apply: Redpath Partners is the exclusive recruitment partner for this opportunity.
