The Opportunity
As Sales Administrator you will proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service and offering by ensuring that customer requirements and organisational targets are met.
In this role, you'll:
Confidently handle customer enquiries, prioritising and responding to product and service enquiries; Support the sales and logistics teams by managing customer expectations through the ordering and invoicing processes to ensure a high-quality end to end customer experience; Maintain databases and files, perform post-sale customer follow-ups, and ensure correct customer onboarding; Provide after sales support to our valued customers. Our ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience providing exceptional customer service, and have sound administration skills including a good grasp of software and office packages; Manage their time well, and have a focus on attention to detail; Be committed to growing with our brand; Be motivated by learning our products, living our values, and passionately sharing the K9000 brand with current and prospective customers. Experience or interest in sales, logistics, service and/or freight could help you hit the ground running in this role.
