Responsibilities IncludeAssist customers directly via phone and e-mail
Liaise with our technical department to find solutions for our customers
Timely processing of customer returns and credits
Attend to customer sales follow-up
About you – Skills, experience and qualifications:Experience in phone and email communication
Confident computer skills, including the ability to learn an in-house ERP system
A willingness to take on new challenges, be a self-starter and work as part of a team
Previous mechanical and/or Industrial experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
