We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Townsville team!
Responsibilities: Deliver an industry leading repair service by proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience.
Initiate contact with customers in preparation for the inspection of their vehicle and promoting Digital and minimizing onsite inspections.
Facilitate vehicle inspection (Digital and/or Onsite) and capture required images of the customer's vehicle to enable accurate estimating.
Responsible for sales including adjacencies and finding solutions for customer motoring needs.
Answer internal and external customer enquiries via multiple methods including face to face, system requests, and email to support the provision of exceptional customer experience.
