Ability to understand our product lineup.Sound computer skills including the ability to operate and/or learn internal software applications.High level customer service skills including developing customer rapport.High level of attention to detail with the ability to accurately organise and complete documentation.Always be prepared to show up and provide your best level of professionalism at work.The willingness to reflect Honeycombes Mission, Vision, and Values at all times.Responsibilities: In your new position at the Honeycombes Truck Centre branch in Townsville, you will work in a small close-knit team maintaining a stock control system and providing accurate and up-to-date information relating to current stock control and future vehicle orders.
The Stock Controller role is responsible for many tasks, some of these include:
Maintaining knowledge of stocked vehicles, values, and relevant deal elements.Meeting manufacturers' reporting guidelines as required or directed by the Truck Sales Manager.Liaising with key suppliers to ensure timely placement of retail orders, ensuring accurate documentation management.Providing accurate and relevant information to the Truck Sales Team and Sales Manager in relation to vehicle stock levels and sales.Ensuring all pre-delivery requirements are outworked and recorded accurately.Coordinating Detailers to ensure pre-delivery detailing requirements are carried out in a timely and professional manner to meet customers' expectations.Applications can be made via Seek or by emailing your resume and covering letter to .
