What you'll need to succeed Proven Customer Service experience.
Sales Support experience in a professional environment.
CRM/ERP System Knowledge/Skills.
Intermediate to Advanced level skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail.
High level of organisational skills.
Team-player.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to balance work priorities to meet tight deadlines.
