About your new job:
Working directly with the Key Account Manager, you will be an experienced Sales Professional who is seeking to grow and strengthen your skills. Your duties will include:
Be the initial contact for new inquiries and existing relationships. Providing administration and sales support to the Accounts Team. Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records. Building relationships with key accounts, new business, and key stakeholders internally and externally. Management of incoming orders, stock, and sales updates. Providing quotes and purchase orders. Assisting Account Managers and Sales Team to close opportunities. About you:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Coordinator capacity. If you have a background in the Power tool Industry, this will be highly regarded but not essential. You will have high attention to detail and the drive to succeed. Highly organised with exceptional communication skills. Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.
