As the Sales Administration Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our clients.
You'll open doors, start discussions and form relationships via inbound and outbound calls.
You'll proactively seek further sales opportunities and create competitive offers and quotes, identifying and qualifying their waste management needs.
You'll be razor focused with your follow ups, maintaining contact and ensuring you're speaking with customers at the right time, just as they're considering a change.
You'll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more.
No day is ever the same! Key Responsibilities Proactively manage customer invoicing needs using telephone and email as the primary communication tools.
Engagement with all departments to ensure Sales team are aligned to Remondis offerings in Logistics and Customer Service teams.
Conduct thorough investigations to support resolution of customer invoice disputes and generate Credits where required.
Support the National credits team to follow up outstanding debtors for Wingfield SA branch customers.
Assist Sales team with back of house administration duties such as converting quotes to job sheets, raising transport certificates, ensuring consignor/contact details are correct within scope & liaising with internal stakeholders to fulfill servicing requirements.
Develop and implement a method of managing, coaching and supporting the sales team.
Set up regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) performance objectives for each member of the sales team.
Be accountable for the sales team's performance.
Who you are You'll have prior experience with business customers, in either a customer care or support role and working with SLAs.
Ideally you'll be experienced with Salesforce and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team environment.
