Finance and Office AdministratorYour new companyHays are recruiting for a finance and office administrator for a busy sales team in Manchester City Centre. This is a fixed term role immediately starting for up to a year and is fully office based, with flexible start and finish times for the successful candidate.Your new roleYou will support a busy, fast-paced sales team, with full administrative and data admin duties. Responsibilities include:Processing sales invoicesConducting credit card reconciliationsCreating sales invoicesRunning reports and updating filesEntering data and collating informationAnalysing data and filesRaising POsManaging sales leadsLiaising internally to check required informationEnsuring full processes are followedProofreading documentsTracking and recording the team's activitiesResearching and gathering information using social media platformsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need to be comfortable using various IT systems, be happy collating large amounts of data, and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be organized, friendly, and positive, with the ability to work at a fast pace and confidently communicate your findings.
