Qualifications & experience Previous Real Estate admin experience essential-
Understanding of offer and acceptance documents-
Attention to detail and pride in work-
Experience with Vault CRM preferred-
Experience with Docu Sign-
Friendly, efficient and switched on -
Able to communicate and problem solve effectively Tasks & responsibilities Preparing listings for sale and taking them through the sales campaign to settlement -
Supporting agents with client communications -
Creation/ordering of marketing material and loading into platforms -
Booking in appointments for home opens, photos, maintenance etc
