Double R are on an exciting journey and as such, a rare opportunity exists to join the Head Office team as our Sales Administrator.
The Role As the Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient deal processing.
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, managing sales documentation, and providing excellent internal and external customer service.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is incredibly well supported and reports directly to the CFO.

In this role, no two days are the same.
With a range of equipment across a variety of brands, sold from our four branches across the state, every deal done is slightly different from the last.

Key responsibilities will include the following: Management of the wholegood unit sales from initial order through to customer dispatch Prepare, issue and coordinate sales invoices and quotations Maintain internal databases & spreadsheets Liaise with customers and stakeholders to coordinate the sales process Provide general administration support to sales staff at all NSW branches To be successful you will have: Strong Financial acumen and analysis skills A high level of administration experience An eagerness to learn and grow Excellent Microsoft Office skills Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Ability to work in a fast paced organisation Outstanding organisational and time management skills Experience with retail finance and sales processes will be an advantage What you'll get in return: Competitive salary package Training and support Outstanding career opportunities Potential for flexible hours for the right candidate This role is all about having the right attitude and drive, you will be a proactive team player who is keen to grow your career in a friendly, supportive, busy and diverse environment.
