Headed up by successful Director & Sales Agents, this is a role for someone who enjoys being organized, following systems and procedures and can think on their feetWhat you do:As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:Administration processes & support to a high-performing team of AgentsPreparing proposal packs & marketing plansCoordination of sales campaignsCollaborating with the marketing TeamSecuring appointments for all properties listed for salePreparation of proposals and administration of new listingsProactively manage operational administration flow of work within the Sales TeamProcessing of exchangesSupporting with data entry & reportingWhat you need?A Current Certificate of Registration or licence2+ years experience in Real Estate adminDesire to work in office.
