We are looking for an experienced candidate with excellent communications skills from a B2B position to play a key role in our dynamic and industry leading inside Sales Team. You'll be joining a team driven by a strong sense of purpose and shared goals.
Your day-to-day at FOSS Joining us, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Receiving and processing of purchase orders from our customers Ensuring that goods are dispatched from the warehouse on time Raising invoices to customers for goods and services supplied Ordering of inventory from suppliers to ensure that safety stock is maintained Processing of return stock orders for warranty and exchange parts Attending to inbound customer account enquiries Liaise with internal management team and staff to resolve customer queries and disputes Provide customers with timely responses to any account-related matters Provide sales team with timely information and support to maximize sales opportunities CRM system maintenance (e.g. updating serial numbers and customer information) Other administrative duties as required by the business.
