The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Yatala. In this role, you will provide administration services for sales processes and assist in the effective operation of the Sales Department
What you will be doing: Tracking sales throughout the sales process and updating customers as required Managing sales invoices and supplier orders for vehicles and trailers Coordinating and processing finance payouts on purchased and traded vehicles and trailers Maintaining stock lists Updating DMS as per the sales process Managing vehicle registrations Ordering, maintaining and coordinating the distribution promotional items Ordering stock trucks The preparation of delivery and warranty sheets for the vehicle handover Organising the movement of trucks from Melbourne to their destination Compiling and tracking Salesperson commissions About you: Previous sales administration experience at a vehicle dealership is highly desirable Sound knowledge of vehicle registration and compliance processes Exceptional customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills Why join us?
