We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. About the role Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will support the Sales and Marketing team to ensure the timely and accurate administration of all tender and sales documentation in accordance with business and legislative policy and guidelines. You will also be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, assisting with marketing material, and delivering monthly reports.
The main responsibilities of the role are: Assisting the sales team in daily administrative tasks like prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and quotes. Collate and generate quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assist the Sales Representatives with CRM input client information and sales activities. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Generate sales reports and analyse data to provide insights on sales performance. Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding inquiries and support. Coordinate communication between clients and sales representatives. Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and processes. Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing presentations for sales meetings. Provide support for the Sales and Marketing team. Assist with provision of general advice and assistance via phone and email. Provide direct customer support, sales process and bid leadership to allocated Victorian opportunities. About You The successful applicant will have fantastic organisational skills, high attention to detail and a strong customer service background. The Sales Administrator will play an integral role within our sales team. You will demonstrate high level administration skills with proficiency across the Microsoft suite. You will have proven relationship building skills with the ability to work with and support a range of stakeholders in the business.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience with a CRM platform is desirable. Experience in sales admin and direct customer support. Sound statistical, analytical and administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy (including preparation of reports). Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team with sound time management skills. Highly organised and systematic with large volumes of data, ability to see relationships within data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Moderate computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Competent in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Navision (highly desirable).
