About the Role Do you have an Administration/Reception background and thrive in a diverse support role? The position on offer is reception based, as the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of Harcourts Packham's Glenelg office.
As the newest member of the team, you will have the benefit of being able to work collaboratively with our established administration team based at each of our offices and have access to ongoing support and training. To be successful in this position you will have exceptional customer service and personal presentation. This is a role for someone who thrives on being organised, following systems and procedures and can work autonomously and part of a team.
Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estateExperience within a Sales Support or reception rolePrevious experience working with a CRM system – preferably Agent Box Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, good with numbers and following proceduresExcellent time management and ability to work at a fast pace and under pressureThe ability to deliver excellent customer service by being an excellent communicator with a cheerful personalityAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environmentThe ability to work independentlyHave exceptional personal presentation and phone mannerDemonstrated organisation skills with strong attention to detail and high accuracyShow motivation by presenting ideas and suggestions to improve standards and quality of workDaily tasks will include: Welcoming clients in a professional and courteous mannerAnswering and directing phone callsProviding varied sales administration support including marketing administrationSupporting sales agents with client feedback, data maintenance and management of the sales process from appraisal to post-settlementOpening and distributing mailOrdering stationery and managing office suppliesLiaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Conveyancers and Brokers to ensure the sale process runs smoothly Processing of Sales documentationTo conduct and ensure compliance of documents General office administrationHow to Apply: If you are eager to further your career in real estate with an established brand and award winning team, click "Apply" to submit your cover letter and resume.
