Working in the sales administration team, this role is highly collaborative and provides day-to-day support to the sales team. Your days will be busy, and there will always be plenty of work to keep you on your toes. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Coordination of sales campaigns from list to settlement Prepare marketing timelines and book media elements Manage price guide changes for live listings Book photo, copywriting, and floor planner appointments Preparation of proposals Set up new listings, order contracts, oversee file compliance Processing exchanges and issuing letters to all parties Data entry and database management Ad hoc business projects to support the management team The right candidate will have:
