DESCRIPTIONAs the Sales Administrator you will make a positive impact in the following ways:Support local project managers for project invoicing claims & processing of supplier purchase orders and invoicesManaging Sales forecast with sales teamManaging dealer & Sales teams holdsMonthly finance report management and submissionProcessing of supplier invoicesPrepare monthly sales commission claimsSubmit new vendor requests where requiredAssist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by financeWeekly updates on invoicing data and movements for financeAssist in collating USD values for invoicing to assist finance with balance sheet hedgingRESPONSIBILITIESTo successfully be the Sales Administrator, you will have proven demonstration of the following competencies:Strong SAP experience (Essential)Sales Force experience (Preferred)Movex experience (Would be an advantage)Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesAction oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasmCustomer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsEnsures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitmentsQUALIFICATIONSCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary with salary continuance insuranceParticipation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) programDiscounts with select private health insurancePC software/hardware discountsAnnual remuneration reviewsOur culture believes in POWERING YOUR POTENTIAL .
