Agent Admin offers a range of done-for-you administration services to real estate agencies across Melbourne and interstate.

The role will be varied with duties spanning:
Processing listing and sale filesDatabase managementCo-ordinating property advertising campaignsGenerating reports for meetingsLiaising with clients via email and phoneAd hoc administrationOur clients use a range of software packages including Box+Dice, Agent Box, PropertyMe, MYOB and Xero. You will be provided with full training on all systems involved in the role so prior experience with these products is not necessary but would be advantageous.
The key skills you must possess to succeed in this role are:
Previous real estate administration experienceExceptional time management and organisationAttention to detail with a commitment to excellenceExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong computer literacy and efficiencyBe conscientious and able to work autonomouslyBe able to follow instructions accuratelyBe curious and want to learn and develop your skillsBe keen to take on a range of tasks both for our clients and our businessThe role is full-time Monday to Friday (no weekend work), 9.00am to 5.30pm. We work on cloud based systems allowing our team to also work remotely if preferred/required. For days in the office, we're located in the beautiful suburb of Armadale, Melbourne so you'll be close to cafes, shops and transport with the train station within metres.
