What you will do As the Sales Administration Trainee within Volvo Buses, you will provide administration support to the Sales, Marketing and Business Control areas.
This will be a 12 month casual role which will give you a solid amount of time to work across the various departments, familiarise yourself with the work and add value with your support.
There is the flexibility to work part time or full time hours, depending on your availability.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist in the preparation of sales invoices Support the Sales team with inputting information into delivery documents Working on monthly reporting Assist with administrative work related to ongoing projects – eg.
TMR Bus Delivery Project Support the teams within Volvo Buses with "business as usual" activities to get an all-round understanding of the division.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be part of a team of roughly 20 Volvo Buses Australia employees who are geographically dispersed across Australia.
Due to the different locations of the team, there is flexibility to work from home the majority of the time, once your training period is complete.

If you are at the beginning of your administrative support career, or already have a solid administration foundation, this role may be a great fit for you!
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Be completing a relevant Diploma or Degree – Business Administration, Business, Management (not essential) Prior experience working in an administrative role (not essential) Initiative and personal drive to manage your own work under guidance The ability to follow procedures and work to tight deadlines Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills Be a team player with a good work ethic and attention to detail Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite What's in it for you?
