Sales Administration - Stone Ambassador Queensland

We currently have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced, engaging, and motivated skilled Sales Administration assistant to join our friendly and proactive team at our brand new 3000m2 distribution facility in Yalta, Queensland.
The Role Generating Sales Orders and Invoices Liaising with clients via phone and face to face Liaising with internal operations team for day to day deliveries and orders Generating basic account statements Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Assisting in general sales administration management and basic sales analysis What's Required An ability to prioritise and manage expectations An ability to work independently or within a team The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with either clients & colleagues. High experience in Excel, Word, Xero or similar accounting systems In Return We are offering an attractive salary based on experience.
