Due to business growth, an opportunity to start immediately has become available for a Sales Administration & Sales Support to be involved in a progressive fast-paced business.
About the role: Total Rural Supplies is a well-respected, privately owned Rural Merchandise Business which is expanding rapidly. We require a full-time Sales & Administration person to incorporate into our team. Focusing on general customer service, administrative, and stock management duties, the successful applicant will need to be committed to providing high-quality outcomes with attention to detail. Although not a large part of the position, the ability to very occasionally drive a forklift will be required, so in time, gaining a fork license will be necessary.
Key functions of the role: Counter sales and catering to customer needs, which includes the loading of some products.Managing OH & S Compliance and reporting.Software management including accounts receivable & inventory code creation.Goods inward reporting coordination.Regulatory reporting such as license renewals.Assisting staff with computer program support.Inventory Management including some ordering.Internal process implementation and management.Key personal attributes: We are looking for people that have the passion and commitment for a positive outcome. The successful applicant must be a good communicator with effective courteous interpersonal skills. You must be adaptable to change, energetic, physically fit, and dedicated. A good attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes will be required to get the job done.
Experience: Some administrative experience is required; a positive can-do attitude is a must. Sales experience is not essential, but time in a rural or farming enterprise will be looked at favorably.
