The Role will include: Sales administration Answering & directing calls Preparing marketing collateral including uploading property listings Calendar management Managing and updating the CRM Other Ad Hoc duties as required To be considered you must have: Previous experience as Sales Administrator/Office Administrator/EA/PA in the Real Estate Sector You will have a Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV) Professional Personal Presentation Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
The offer Full Time or Part Time - 4/5 days with hours negotiable Monday to Friday - keep your evenings and weekends free for family and social time!
