The Role A day in the life of this role will include some of the following responsibilities: Managing customer & supplier relations including managing new business development and customer sales packages, service & support and follow through to on-boarding.
Contribute to promotions, business development, social media, marketing campaigns, and CRM management.
Managing ongoing customer relationships and ensuring a high-level of ongoing customer service & support.
Maintain exceptional customer & supplier service standards and procedures.
Handle operational tasks including data entry, order processing, inventory management, quality systems, and warranty/repairs.
Actively participate in the overall strategy for company excellence.
Oversee and support sales, administration, and logistics.
Monitor 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfilment, to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Bring A really quick sense of humour is a must to fit into this team!
3 years' + experience in a Sales Administration / Operations role or equivalent.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role or related industries.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service principles, and 3PL warehousing operations.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with different departments, external stakeholders and interact with customers.
Problem-solving aptitude to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
