Sales Administration

The HMA Group of Companies manufactures, sells, and services a wide range of capital plant equipment to a diverse range of industries. This includes oil & gas, petrochemical, mineral processing, water management and power generation.
The HMA Group is looking for a motivated Sales Administrator who can assist our Product Managers and External Sales Team. The role will be based in our Macquarie Park office.

Prompt entry of quotes in CRM and sales orders into Visual accounting systems.Process customer orders. Placement of orders on suppliers.Ensure phone is promptly answered.Check and distribute Invoices to customers. Reconcile the figures and distribute reports from CRM and Visual.Set excellent customer service standards.Adhere to company policies such as authority levels, Quality, Health and Safety. The ideal candidate will have:
