Albany Monumental Masons is a long-standing family-owned monumental mason company that has helped countless families create lasting memorials for their loved ones. We are currently looking for a person to fulfill our part-time 3 days per week Sales/Administration position.
This rewarding and diversified role will work with a friendly, small, multi-skilled, and dynamic team to ensure 'second to none' service to families.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Front reception Respond to client enquiries and, as required, create quotes and assist the sales consultant. As needed, conduct consultations with families to help them create a memorial that reflects their loved ones. Liaise with and maintain good relationships with funeral directors, cemetery boards, and local shires. Create and submit relevant application forms to local shire and cemetery boards. Create and maintain client records and files. Order stock and memorial accessories. The position would suit a person who possesses the following skills and attributes:
Has a positive attitude and sound work ethic. A friendly and compassionate person who can communicate with bereaved families with empathy and understanding. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Good sales and administration skills. Good organisational skills, attention to detail & ability to follow processes.
