About the role:
The Sales Administration Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our busy sales team. Your mission is to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from administrative tasks to crafting compelling marketing campaigns. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action!

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of our campaign advertising efforts Showcase properties on both print and digital platforms Manage advertising schedules and budgets Create insightful market and suburb reports Prepare new property files Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations Assemble inspection packs Be ready for any ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Experience in real estate administration and advertising A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Meticulous attention to detail An initiative-driven, can-do attitude (with a smile!) Experience with Box + Dice is a plus, but not essential.
