Partnering with the Office Admin Manager in our Torquay resort you will:
Display leadership values by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the preview centreBe the face and heart of our business through your interactions with our guestsBe involved in daily core operational tasks including: reception obligations, premium recording and management, and contract generationEnsure premium inventory levels are properly maintained and audited, and review weekly inventory reportsBe the voice of our team through your communications with both internal and external stakeholdersBe a key contact for the dynamic Sales Team by ensuring the accurate recording of information in relation to guest flow, booking numbers, and team detailsEnsure compliance with cash handling and transactionsWhat You'll Bring A high level of energy and self-motivationStrong customer service values and focusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft ApplicationsYou will need to be available to work 5 days per week inclusive of school and public holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applications will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
