About the Role We have an exciting permanent fulltime opportunity available for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Acacia Ridge, QLD Team. This role will be responsible for providing consistent, accurate, and timely support to the sales administration team and the wider Construction Industries (CI) Business group through various responsibilities, including but not limited to the submission and reconciliation of merchandising support claims, fleet transfers between new, rental, and used equipment, and registrations management.
Key responsibilities: Process Caterpillar merchandising claims, auto-payout credits, fuel edge credits, and paid-for-performance credits.Oversee the preparation of registrations and manage weekly reconciliations to support the sales coordination team for new and used equipment sales.Coordinate inventory transfers, including transferring new equipment into rental inventory and transferring rental equipment into used equipment inventory.Process credit account notifications.Serve as the primary contact for all asset buybacks and sell-offs, collaborating with the treasury department.Provide support to cross-functional team members when required.Handle any additional tasks necessary to ensure effective inventory management for assigned products.Why Hastings Deering?
