We are now looking for a full-time contract role as a Sales Administration Assistantto join our friendly and hardworking team in Salisbury South.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about account queries, and orders and provide support for marketing representatives.

Accurately complete and check data accuracy in wool purchases, create invoices for grower clientsContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop weekly/monthly sales reportsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyProactively working with the Michell Direct team on a partnership basis in driving the business forward through the development, implementation and monitoring of key metrics/KPI'sProviding management information and analysis, based on a sound understanding of all areas of the Michell Direct business to enable the business managers to have the right information, both historic and forward-looking to support effective business decision-makingMaintain a weekly cash balance reconciliation in accordance with business guidelinesManage all operational aspects of auction wool including catalogues, typing, appraisals and auctioneer liaisonWhat you will bring to the teamTo succeed in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agentHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesExcellent attention to detailOur ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
