Job Specification Sales Administration and Accounts Officer Full-time Position Key duties but not limited to: Answering product enquiries Preparing quotations Following up on quotes Processing sales orders Procuring items Processing the Supplier invoice Scheduling delivery Invoicing the customer.
Customer sources include answering incoming calls from clients, managing and responding to emails in the Alice sales email inbox, attending to customers who come into the showroom and being responsible for actioning and following through with client requests.
Working alongside the Retail, Hire and Alice Sales team Ensuring all client and equipment details are correctly recorded in the system.
Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base Requirements Able to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills Can problem-solve in fast-paced environments under pressure Have the enthusiasm to learn and acquire new skills and information regarding Assistive Technology Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to triage priorities Willingness to go above and beyond and not limit themselves within their job role A calm and empathetic approach to customer service Strong computer literacy
