We have a proven track record of supporting and contributing towards our communities to achieve big things.The Sales Enablement Team exists to support the Retail Banking network and its leaders in the achievement of our growth objectives, to drive enhanced productivity and to ensure the delivery of our customer value proposition.Reporting to the National Manager, Sales Enablement the Sales Activation & Engagement Analyst will:Be responsible for building and executing strategic customer engagement activities that support business growth and retention opportunities for both new and existing customers.Support the execution, implementation and embedding of programs to drive a sales culture where our customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.Continually review and report on customer engagement activities in line with customer insights and research to identify opportunities to optimise programs across Retail.This is a Contract position for 12 months (until end February 2026) working Full time hours where we offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025, in a local Head Office where we are open to all locations Australia-wide.What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, we'd love you to have:Managing priorities – effectively prioritising goals, requirements, and areas of opportunityRetail awareness – knowing your market and understanding target customer segmentsMarketing – planning, creating, communicating, and delivery of contentAdministrative support – provide timely and accurate administrative support to meet the needs of all relevant stakeholdersStrong customer service and customer experience ethosAbility to drive and maintain effective working relationships and networksExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsExperience in Marketing and communicationsAbility to work independently and unsupervisedExcellent PC skills with knowledge and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing toolsCurrent or Previous Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
