We are currently seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in our Albury Branch focusing on Small Ag and Turf sales. Position Overview Our Sales Representatives provide specialist support and machinery recommendations based on customer needs and individual operations within their AOR. Working with current industry trends, predicting sales requirements and continually expanding knowledge of John Deere products and the agricultural industry within the Albury region. The Ideal Candidate should have: 1+ years equipment sales experience A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills. Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions High quality selling and follow up skills with a strong customer focus Excellent customer relations skills A current and valid manual driver's license Can follow safe work environment procedures and operations Knowledge of agricultural / turf equipment preferred Knowledge of farming / operational practices preferred Honesty and integrity The ability to work flexible hours Strong ability to work in a team and independently Drive for continuous improvement About Hutcheon and Pearce Hutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian family-owned John Deere dealership, with a rich history, spanning over 70 years across NSW.
